Quarter Notes

            

 

             Our next meeting is scheduled for Sunday afternoon, July 20, 1:30 p.m., at the Greenbrier Valley Theater. Our agenda will include the election of officers for the next two years and it is important that you attend.

 

           Also, it is good to note that we continue to be successful in our growth and the promotion of live music in our community and area. I hope that you will join us.

             The third quarterly meeting of Local 674 will be held on Sunday,  July  20, 2008 at 1:30 PM in  Lewisburg, WV at the Greenbrier Valley Theatre.    

Lite refreshments and beverages provided.   Please plan to attend.

July  Meeting

                 Dena is the Webmaster for the new site and the information from the old site has been transferred  Using the AFM Quartet Software Suite we have:  1. A complete website 2. Automated on-line administration (registration and membership status verification) and a Private Members’ Area  3.  An on-line booking referral service utilizing data “served” from the AFM’s GoPro Music database 4. Full on-line content management of all text/graphics. 

             Important:    When you sign up for GoPro, find our local in the VIRGINIA listing in COVINGTON.  That’s where aour charter is and that will get you in the correct referral spot.  Then sign up with another listing with  a WEST VIRGINIA address.  Then you will be in both states listed correctly.
